Caitlin Croasdell, Speech-Language Pathologist
My name is Caitlin Croasdell and I am so excited to be a part of Soaring Hawk! I have a bachelor's from St. Olaf College in Minnesota and a master's degree from the University of South Dakota. I grew up mainly around Castle Rock and graduated from Douglas County High School. I live in Castle Rock with my husband, our dog, and two cats.
Libby Meier, Speech-Language Pathologist
My name is Libby Meier, and I am so happy to be part of the Soaring Hawk staff as a Speech-Language Pathologist. I grew up in Kansas and completed my B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Kansas State University. I then completed my M.A. in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Kansas before moving to Colorado in 2003. I am also PROMPT trained. I have over 20 years of experience working in schools as an SLP. I live in the Meadows with my wonderful husband David, our two children Charley and Pierson, and our sweet dog Chloe.
Bailey Robertson, Speech-Language Pathologist
Hello! My name is Bailey Robertson and this is my first year as a Speech-Language Pathologist! I was born in Colorado Springs and have lived in Parker, CO for my whole life. I attended the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, CO where I graduated in 2022 with my Bachelor's degree in speech-language pathology. I attended Brescia University in Owensboro, KY where I graduated in May of 2025 with my Master's degree in speech-language pathology. I am really looking forward to working at Soaring Hawk this year!
