Registration Fee: Registration fees are assessed per child per school year.

Late Calendar: Late Calendars: If you turn in your calendar after the due date you will have to pay an additional $2 per day late fee.. Parents with more than one child may put all their children on one calendar. The regular tuition rate will still apply for all late calendars. ($11 for before, $11 for after, and $35.00 plus activity fees)

Drop-In: If you have already turned in your calendar and you need any additional drop-In days, each session will be an additional $2 per/child. Drop-Ins must be scheduled 24 hours in advance to ensure appropriate staffing.

Late Pick Up: The BASE program closes at 6:00pm. Late pick-up fees are assessed for families at $1 per minute, per child after this time. Fees are due and payable at the time of pick-up in the form of check. After fifth day of late-pick up within the same school year, fees will be assessed at $3 per minute per child. In the event of an eighth late pick-up parents will be denied of program services. We strongly recommend that parents have a backup plan in the event they are unable to pick-up children by 6:00pm. Reasonable consideration will be made for bad weather and road conditions. Children will be supervised by program staff after program hours until either the child is picked up by an authorized adult or local authorities are contacted and obtain custody of child.
