Soaring Hawk first grader, Zion, took first place in the K-3 (two-dimensional) category for the District Art Show. There were submissions from over 60 elementary schools! Zion was honored at the AAFCU Art Awards Ceremony on April 24th. He won $25 and the huge honor of being recognized in an enormous field of talented young artists.
Additionally, another first grader, Logan, received an honorable mention for his ceramic bird in the K-3 sculpture category. Congratulations to all of our incredible Soaring Hawk artists who had work representing our school this year!
