3rd grade

Sarah Schraml, Liz Wulf, Audrey McDowell

Ms. McDowell-- I am ecstatic to have the opportunity to work with your third grader and to teach and learn with a phenomenal third-grade team! This is my 27th year in education, and I have experience teaching 2-6 grades. I hold a BA in Elementary Education with a concentration in social studies, from Florida Southern College and a MA in Technology in Education from Lesley University. I moved to Castle Rock from Littleton in 2017, and I love living here and being closer to my workplace. I enjoy playing soccer, reading and being in the company of my friends and family. I feel very fortunate to work with such wonderful staff, students, and parents at Soaring Hawk.

Mrs. Schraml-- I am so excited to teach 3rd grade this year at Soaring Hawk! This is my 19th year in education. I have taught kindergarten and 5th grade in Missouri and Arizona. I am certified in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, and Administration. I grew up in Independence, Missouri where I lived for 41 years then we moved to Anthem, Arizona where we lived for two years. I am so happy we landed in Castle Rock where we plan to stay. I am married to my husband Mike and we have two daughters Lillian and Grace. We also have two dogs , Murphy a yellow lab and Magnus an Alaskan Malamute. We all love to be active and outside. I am beyond excited to be a part of the Soaring Hawk family.

Mrs. Wulf-- I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education. This is my tenth year teaching at Soaring Hawk.  My sons are all products of Douglas County School District. My youngest graduated from the University of Montana in the spring, and our middle son will be a Sophomore at Colorado Mountain College in Steamboat.  Our oldest son is carrying on my husband’s long family tradition in the electrical trade (seriously, fourth generation, and one of 6 in the extended family)! We live in Parker, Colorado, and our family loves to be outdoors and spend time together, especially in the beautiful Colorado Rocky Mountains! I absolutely LOVE working with my students and getting to see them grow and blossom, and I feel so fortunate to be working with an amazing staff and community at Soaring Hawk.
