Our Leadership

Principal Stacey Roberson

Roberson at Grand Canyon

My name is Stacey Roberson and as the principal of Soaring Hawk Elementary School, I would like to welcome you to our SHE community. This year will mark my 22nd year in education and my 7th year at Soaring Hawk.  In my career, I have taught 3rd and 5th grade and worked as an Assistant Principal at Castle Rock Middle School before joining the Soaring Hawk staff as the assistant principal.

I live in Castle Rock, and you may see me with my wife, and two Castle View high school son's, (one senior and one sophomore) or the family dog enjoying many of the activities that the town has to offer.

I’m delighted to lead Soaring Hawk, and am committed to making sure your child is welcomed, accepted, and is challenged academically.  In my experience, when our children are acknowledged and feel they are a part of our school, they accomplish much more socially and academically.

Assistant Principal Kristie Krier

I am thrilled to come back to DCSD and thankful to join the amazing Soaring Hawk community. My educational experiences, over 25 years, include classroom teacher, instructional coach, professional developer, educational consultant, and now assistant principal. I earned an undergraduate degree from University of Northern Colorado, a master’s degree from Colorado Christian University, and principal licensure from Lamar University. My heart is to be with a community that puts kids first, values collaboration and has fun! I have found that here at Soaring Hawk.

I am married to my wonderful husband, Shane, and we have two kids, Karsen (22) and Noah (20). I enjoy running, mountain biking, paddle boarding, walking my dog Lola and anything that keeps me outdoors.
